Please pay careful attention to the 7-day return policy. I failed to notice that the limit was seven days, and when the hairdresser attempted to use this in my updo, it was too heavy. Unfortunately, it was outside of the 7 day window and I now have a very expensive hairpiece that I cannot use

The crystals and pearls catch the light so delicately and they feel sturdy, not flimsy at all. They're elegant, romantic, and exactly the soft, sparkly bridal look I was hoping for.

The clip is beautiful and the ceramic flowers are well made but unfortunately, the flowers are tied on using wires that are wound around the clip. This itself would not be a problem, since the wires are visible in the photos, but what is a problem is that the wire was cut at the very edge of the clip, and the ends of the wire twines are not melded or sanded at all. This causes both ends of the wire to stick out right over the end of the clip where you need to place your thumb to apply pressure in order to stick into hair, and they really hurt. I would even say a safety hazard if you're careless and apply too much pressure, because it felt like they could cut my skin. If you buy this you might need to use your own wire cutters to make the clip safe to use, which is rather frustrating for the cost of the item itself.
The jewelry is beautiful and the sparkle is vibrant, which is exactly what I wanted. I think the chain is a little short for plus size necks, maybe offering chain length as a purchase option would help. The chain is also not great quality, it's a little dull compared to the shine of the jewelry. I also noticed the pear stone on the pendant doesn't quite hang from the point, it's slightly off center. I don't think anyone else will be able to notice, but I can see it. It's not obvious enough that I won't still wear the set, because truly, the set is gorgeous. I'd recommend getting the bracelet too, it completes the look perfectly.
